Happy New Year, everyone! Along with the new year, January lands many people low. That's when the lingering cold/flu happens, sometimes developing into bronchitis or worse. I start getting the emails end of Jan and all through Feb and March. Often, in summer I get emails from clients saying "I haven't been able to recover my energy since I got a horrible flu last winter." Here's a reminder of how to bullet-proof your immune system for the season: A couple of months ago, I wrote about a gut-rehab program that essentially brings your immune system back on-line while replacing the unhelpful bacteria in the stomach/gut/intestines. This program is amazing in it's ability to not only heal the gut but prevent the aforementioned illnesses of winter. Here's the program, once again, in simple terms: 2 Tbsp of aloe gold + 2 tsp liquid silver before meals 2 or 3x a day, then 2 Dr Ohhira before bed. Doing this for 2 weeks to 2 months will turn around a sour and upset digestive system and also enhance the immune system. After that, if you do the program at a reduced dose (1 Tbsp gold, 1 tsp silver twice a day and the 2 Dr Ohhira at night, thru the winter season, I believe it's been shown that it's very difficult to contract a cold or flu. This is because the combination of aloe gold and HealthMax silver will kill all known bacteria, virus, fungus, yeasts, that are bad actors and The Dr Ohhira will replace the bad bacteria with the good guys, who, in Dr Ohhira's formula, come with their own pre-biotic, probiotic, and post-biotic, insuring that they will take up residence and promote a healthy immune system. Many of my clients got on this program when I introduced it in November and so far none of them who have done it at least twice a day have "caught" a cold or suffered the flu. Since Feb is the top month for flu, it's proving to be a wonderful program for the season! Let me know if you want to try it.
