Keto-Friendly Beef Stroganoff

Here is a recipe I found on the internet and adjusted slightly:

Spoiler alert:  The reason it's keto-friendly is because you substitute those delicious noodles with spiral zucchini or shredded, sautéed cabbage*....

Ingredients for 4 servings, can easily be doubled:
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
6 oz crimini mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tbs butter, divided
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp "Better than Bouillon" chicken or beef paste, 3 Tbsp sherry (optional)
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1 cup crème fraise (or organic sour cream)
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
1 Tbsp parsley or chives
S&P to taste
* to be served on top of sautéed zucchini spirals or shredded sautéed cabbage or even spaghetti squash but you'll get just a few more carbs

Instructions:
1. cook the zucchini (etc) spirals
2.  In large skillet, melt 2 Tbsp butter and cook the mushrooms; push them aside and saute the chopped onion.  Place in bowl.
3.  Add last Tbsp butter to the pan and saute the ground beef until barely done, then add the nutmeg and the mushroom/onion mixture back to the pan.
4.  Add the Worchestershire sauce, sherry (if using it), and chicken broth paste; stir completely and cook for a minute.
5.  Add whipped cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
6.  At last minute, add the crème fraise, stir, add parsley or chives, serve immediately over the low carb "base" of your choice.

This dish takes under 1/2 hr from beginning to end!
