Super Simple 3 Ingredient Recipe

Try this on a busy night:


1.5 lbs of your favorite protein - cooked, cubed chicken, ground beef or pork, tofu.
2 jars Trader Joe's green thai curry sauce
1 pkg frozen "organic foursome" or soycotash vegetables (Trader Joe's frozen section)
  ( I actually used a pkg of the foursome and 1/2 pkg of soycotash.)

1.  cook the protein (not necessary, of course, with tofu)
2.  cook the frozen veggies, drain
3.  Put these into a pan and add the sauce. Heat until bubbling.

Viola!  Serve over rice or noodles
