Walnut Pepita Snack

This easy to make nut-seed snack has the perfect balance of fats, amino acids, and protein for the perfect snack.  Plus pepitas are very alkalizing and walnuts are acidifying, so it is even balanced in that aspect.  Strive for 1/4 cup per day.  Buy organic if possible
 
Walnut-Pepita snack
1 lb organic walnuts, roughly chopped
1 lb raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 - 1 tsp celtic grey sea minerals (sea-salt)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp organic cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp organic tumeric powder (optional -  major anti-inflammatory herb)
 
Mix together in large bowl, spread out on large baking sheet, bake at 350 for 10 min, bag it and store in fridge after completely cooled.
